Financial Analyst
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will hold an ACCA qualification and have a strong background in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), accounting, and a deep understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):
- Lead and support the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
- Analyze financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying key trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
- Provide financial modeling and scenario analysis to support strategic initiatives and decision-making.
- Accounting & Reporting:
- Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
- Assist in month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain and reconcile financial records, ensuring compliance with internal controls and company policies.
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Create and maintain dashboards to provide key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.
- Provide actionable insights through financial data analysis to support various business units.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between operational strategies and financial objectives.
- Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure financial reports and processes adhere to IFRS standards and other relevant regulations.
- Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks through effective analysis and forecasting.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education & Certification:
- ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) qualification required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 0-1 years of experience in FP&A, accounting, or a similar financial role.
- Solid experience with IFRS and financial reporting.
Experience with financial analysis and reporting tools (e.g. QuickBooks, Odoo, ERP Next, Zoho or similar ERP systems).
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
- Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling, pivot tables, and complex data analysis.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present financial data to stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under tight deadlines.
