Role Overview
We’re hiring a Bilingual Business Development Executive fluent in Arabic and English, based in Karachi.
Your mission: connect Prima with new clients and buyers in Saudi Arabia and the Middle East. You’ll be identifying opportunities, building relationships, and leading outreach across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Find and connect with potential clients and decision-makers in KSA and MENA
- Reach out via calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, email, and other messaging platforms
- Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and Google Maps to source leads
- Qualify prospects and schedule introductory meetings for the consulting team
- Build a clean, high-quality pipeline aligned with Prima’s offerings
- Track activities and update lead statuses in CRM tools
- Provide feedback on market responses and lead quality
Requirements
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Based in Karachi, willing to work in-office or hybrid
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in business development, telesales, or lead generation
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach and remote engagement
- Familiarity with lead generation tools and sales platforms
- Confident presenting Prima’s services to senior decision-makers
Preferred
- Prior exposure to the consulting, financial services, or SaaS sectors
- Knowledge of business culture in Saudi Arabia and the GCC
- Experience working with outbound B2B sales in regional markets
