The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and converting high-quality leads into clients for our digital optimization, digital presence, and cloud-based accounting and finance services. This role demands a proactive approach to sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Qualification:
    Research and identify high-potential leads across various industries, ensuring alignment with our service offerings.
  • Sales Outreach:
    Utilize a mix of communication channels, including calls, emails, and social media, to engage with prospects.
  • Client Pitching:
    Deliver compelling pitches and presentations that address client needs and showcase our unique value propositions.
  • Relationship Management:
    Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects, clients, and stakeholders to foster trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Pipeline Management:
    Maintain accurate records of sales activities and lead interactions to ensure a well-organized sales process.
  • Collaboration:
    Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align efforts and close deals efficiently.
  • Market Feedback:
    Provide insights on client needs, industry trends, and competitive positioning to help shape future strategies.

Requirements:

  • Experience:
    Proven track record in sales, preferably in digital services, consulting, or cloud-based solutions.
  • Targets: Achieving Targets from $10,000 to $25,000
  • Skills:
    • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
    • Proficient in using communication tools and managing sales activities.
    • Ability to analyze data and prioritize leads effectively.
  • Characteristics:
    • A proactive “hunter” mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
    • Resilience and adaptability in handling objections and feedback.
    • A collaborative team player who can align with internal stakeholders.
  • Knowledge:
    Understanding of digital optimization, digital presence, and cloud-based accounting/finance services is highly desirable.
