Senior Associate -FAAS

Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on IFRS compliance.
- Prepare and review financial statements, audits, and compliance reports.
- Ensure strict adherence to IFRS and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to drive financial reporting excellence.
- Contribute to FP&A activities, financial modeling, and strategic insights.
- Apply data analytics for actionable financial insights.
Must-Have IFRS Expertise
- IFRS 9: ECL, investment classification & measurement, hedge accounting
- IAS 36: Impairment valuation & testing
- IFRS 3: PPA, goodwill & bargain purchase
- Other relevant IFRS standards as required for financial reporting & compliance
Requirements
- CA Qualified or CA Finalist (cleared Financial Reporting paper).
- 0–3 years of relevant experience (preferably post article-ship with a Big 4 and experience of Banking and Finance sector).
- Strong grasp of accounting principles, IFRS, and taxation laws.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, accounting software, and financial modeling.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
